What advice can be offered about understanding the meaning of tarot cards?

Depends on what card comes out ..like. let's say the death card it could just mean a new begining or something coming to an ending.. but a lot of insight and energy go into reading a book usally comes with a deck the other is reading the pictures its like the saying goes a picture is worth a thousand words.also how if the cards come up reversed cards will me diff...
