Cut up a tarot deck and sell individual cards legally?

Is is legal to divide a tarot deck into individual cards and sell them, as long as I give the artist credit? Nothing in it says "not for individual retail sale" I would imagine.

1. Yes, of course. They're yours, you can sell them.
2. Are you looking to "rebrand" the card? Something like "Rain's Special Tarot Card"? You'd probably be in trouble there -- since the original seller (not necessarily the artist) has the rights to use the copyrighted image and you're be presenting the card as being your own original work. If you're just looking to sell a card as is -- or perhaps you're placing it in a piece of artwork or sculpture, then you're okay because you're not presenting the card as your own work.
