How do you build a fortune teller's tent?

I am trying to build one of those tents you find at a carnival for a fortune teller. The type that looks sort of medieval (dark, rich colors, etc). Is it possible to do this for under $100? Most instructions I have found seem to cost hundreds of dollars.

1. You can go get a lot of brightly colored sheets at the thrift store or bargin store and drape them on ropes and a few poles to create your tent. Get someone who is familiar with tents - someone who likes to camp a lot - to help you. It should be easy peasy for $100.
