When reading Tarot cards the cards facing you are positive and the cards facing the questioner are negative?

1. With all these mumbo-jumbo stuff you always see what you want to see to have a "feel good day".
2. The term for the person you are reading to is 'querrent'. And no, if you are giving a reading and sitting opposite the querrent, cards that appear upside down to you simply have their meaning 'reversed'. The reversed meaning of a card is simply the 'lack of' that card. You can look up the reversed meanings of cards, and can usually find them in the books you learn tarot from.
3. Not necessarily, but most times, unless the card's like the nine of swords or eight or swords or death or the devil or crapola cards like those.
4. I don't read any cards reversed. All cards have positive and negative in them.
5. No that's not always the case. Reversed cards can indicate good positive things in a reading.
