Would someone please help interpret a tarot reading for me?
The question I was asking is, "What is the best approach for me to take on dealing with 'significant other'?" The situation card was the Page of Pentacles, The challenges/opportunity card was 8 of cups, The advice card was 4 of swords, the daily lesson card the Knight of pentacles (upside-down), the near future card was the 9 of wands. I have never had a pentacle come up in a year of doing tarot until this reading on a new guy I have been dating. the 4 of swords and 9 of wands are "bad cards" and the pentacles aren't a good sign either (in my opinion). someone please help with the interpretation.

- The PP is usually a young person (probably you) who is smart and inquiring. They may have ideas about money, science, and even metaphysics. The 8C-R as a challenge is walking away from something that simply is not working out. The 4S as advice is to meditate and "rest after strife." The NP-R as a daily lesson is to avoid guys that brag or really don't know what they are talking about. This is especially true if they don't have money or can't hold onto it. The 9W as a near future card would mean to simply look to similarities between this person and unfortunate events of the past. Be suspicious - but not paranoid. Overall, I'd reassess the type of individual you are attracting - poor, undereducated for their potential, possibly older, and unreliable. Walk away from the individual if they have some of these characteristics, get some rest for a few months, and trust your intution on past experiences. As a side, I do not consider 4S, 9W, and Pentacles (or really any other card) to be a "bad card." Any card can discuss positive potentials or shout out a warning. As another side, your request was one of the few I've seen here that gave the question, the positions, the cards, and whether they were forward or reversed. Even us, "pros" need to know what was thrown. Thanks. Hope this helps.
- Hello You can post your tarot readings for interpretation in the forum below, they will help. Page of Pentacles ~ this is a learning card, the situation is placing you on a learning curve. 8 of cups ~ with this card there is a desire to move on, want more, a realisation that your not totally satisfied. 4 of swords ~ this isn't a negative card, in fact there are no negative cards at all, they are all energies. The 4 shows a time of retreat, a time to lick wounds & think. Knight of Pentacles rev ~ This shows pessimism, thinking the worst of a situation, being doubtful. It tells you to relax & listen to others. 9 of wands ~ The patience card, having to wait, not doing anything that causes stress, so again not a negative card. This spread is one of resting from the situation mentally & getting it all into perpective. Pam
