Tarot: What does the 3 of cups mean in a tarot reading?

What does the 3 of cups mean in a tarot reading? I did a single card spread reading. My question was, what should I do in order to get a particular love interest I've had my eye on, to notice me: I draw the 3 of cups. Would anyone care to elaborate this answer? I know the 3 of cups usually means abundance or some form of celebration. but in terms of relationship advice, this is a rather vague card to draw advice from. *the 3 of cups is in the upright position.

10. When I see the 3 of cups, I refer to it as the "Eat, drink, and make merry" card. I would suggest finding out where she parties on the weekends. Make yourself conspicuous there, but don't make an *ss of yourself. If you're old enough to drink, go to the venue, but don't drink any alcohol. Let her see the true you. Perhaps seeing you sober, when everyone else is trashed, will impress her.
