Is it possible for a card to pick up our energies but bypass the image we have in our minds bc it is not the best situatin for us?. Do the general spreads rep. the present and near future?My friend gave me a great tarot rading , and the seven on wands card came up for love, and she said it was a prettyy good card. The card was translated to mean that I would en up with that person I had in mind, but I'd have to take baby steps as far as courses of action, and I would face opposition. Question number two, I envisioned a current crush, does this card refer to him, or can it represent someone I have yet to meet? Serious answers. If you dont believe in this stuff, good for you. I don't care to hear about your views, unless its relevant.

2. 7 wands is Valour, it means you are going to have to endure and stand up for yourself, to be bold i.e. Valour. I never do 3 card spreads (past, present, possible future), they are totally unreliable, you need to employ the Celtic cross system or other suitable full reading method. I really couldn't tell you the full reading as you haven't explained it, however it is quite clear unless you make a stand you will be oppressed. Were the cards dignified or reversed??? Obviously reversed the negative aspect of the card is apparent as described above. From what you have described your friend has no idea what she is doing. 3. the 7 of wands indicates a struggle within or inner conflict, perhaps you are in two minds about this person. it is always an inner struggle, not necessarily external at all. a card position in the spread is predetermined before you lay the card out, if that was not done then you would need to take the cards together as a whole meaning. if you have a question you are holding in your mind it will relflect that, if you are just thinking of someone else, it will pick up their stuff, you need to be clear, for example will xxxx and i get together in a romantic way? just thinking of someone is not a directive. yes or no answers are not easy to get a clear response to, so it is better to keep things fairly direct, ie how will this relationship with xxxxx go forward, will give you a clearer response than will it go forward.
